Around Christmas 2017 we started planning our vacation, as usual way to late. As we had seen quite a lot in South East Asia but were looking for something new, Japan crossed our mind. It combines diversity and a new culture with culinary excitement! In 2.5 weeks we crammed the usual tourist spots: Tokio, Niko, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Nara, Hiroshima. It was exhausting, but worth every step!
